ap8 Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any part of the ap8 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and ap8 as the service provider.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ap8 services. Continued use after any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of those changes.

ap8 operates under international licensing and complies with recognised responsible gambling standards. All activities on this platform are conducted within the applicable legal framework.

2. Member Eligibility

To become an ap8 member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Register personally and not on behalf of another individual.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list managed by ap8 or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not have been banned from participating in online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed with balances returned after relevant deductions.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The information provided includes but is not limited to:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or valid identification document.
• Exact date of birth to verify the 21-year age requirement.
• An active email address and a reachable mobile phone number.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

ap8 reserves the right to verify the information provided through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You agree to cooperate fully in this verification process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ap8 platform are conducted through approved payment methods. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's name only.
• ap8 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ap8 account holder.
• ap8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonus Terms and Conditions

ap8 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. The following general terms govern all bonuses:

6. Betting Rules

All bets on the ap8 platform are subject to the rules of the respective games. The applicable general terms are as follows:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed, except in situations involving technical issues that require adjustment.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ap8 reserves the right to void the bet or make a decision based on available records.
• For sports bets, ap8 reserves the right to cancel bets on matches that are postponed, cancelled, or played under abnormal conditions.
• Manipulation or exploitation of any technical vulnerability in the system is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• ap8 reserves the right to set betting limits for any game or market at any time.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

ap8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Fraud, including the use of illegitimate funds or fake payment systems.
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt ap8's systems.
• Failure to respond to identity verification requests.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the ap8 support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned once the verification process is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

ap8 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical failures on the part of the player or their internet service provider.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in keeping their login credentials secure.
• Any actions by third parties that are beyond ap8's control.

In all circumstances, ap8's liability to any member is limited to the amount of the most recent unused deposit in that member's account.

9. Amendments to Terms

ap8 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time. ap8 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes via email or in-account notices.

Continued use of the ap8 platform after any amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
